A Small Firm, On Purpose
Garza Resendez, PLLC is a personal injury firm run by two brothers, Eduardo and Fernando Garza Resendez. Both are licensed in Texas, both are admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas, and both report Spanish to the State Bar of Texas.
The firm’s principal office is at 5317 S. McColl Road in Edinburg, and we accept cases across Texas. Personal injury matters are handled on a contingency fee — no fee unless we recover.
We are deliberately small. That is not a limitation we apologise for; it is the reason a client can reach the lawyer handling the case rather than an intake queue.

Most injury claims resolve without a trial. They tend to resolve better when the file was put together as though it would be tried anyway — evidence preserved early, records requested in full, and the other side aware that trial is a real option rather than a bluff.
That is how we build a case from the first week. It is also why we would rather take fewer matters and work them properly than carry a caseload nobody can keep track of.
