Where Garza Resendez Takes Cases
Our principal office is in Edinburg. We accept injury cases across Texas and appear in the courts where they belong — in person, and in English or Spanish.
Client Reviews on GoogleTell Us What Happened
Free, confidential case review. We reply the same business day where possible.
Hurt somewhere else in Texas? Distance is not the problem.
/ One Office, Not Ten
Where We Actually Are
Our principal office is at 5317 S. McColl Road in Edinburg, Texas. That is where the files are, and that is where both attorneys work.
We also keep a Houston office at 24 Greenway Plaza, Suite 500, available by appointment only. It is a place to meet, not a second practice.
We are not going to list a dozen addresses to look bigger than we are. Where a case needs us in another county, we travel to it.
One principal office in Edinburg — and we will tell you plainly where we are not.

Statewide Texas
Every county. By phone, by video, and in person where the case calls for it.
Garza Resendez, PLLC maintains one principal office, in Edinburg, and a Houston office available by appointment only. Every other region listed is served by phone, by video and by appearance in the local courts as each case requires — not by a branch office.
Most of a case happens by phone, email and in writing.
/ How It Works
Distance Is Not the Problem
Most of what happens in an injury case happens by phone, by email and in writing — the investigation, the records, the dealing with the insurer. None of that requires you to sit in our office.
When a case does need a courtroom, we appear in the county where it was filed. Texas is large and we plan for that from the first call.
If it is easier for you, we will come to you. Tell us what happened and we will work out the practical part afterwards.
Cases accepted statewide, in English or Spanish.
